Once you’re done looking over your brain profile, the next step is to fill out the AI Personalization Questionnaire.

While the Neuro-Fitness Assessment gives you personalized recommendations based on your Neuro-Muscle scoring, this questionnaire creates customized suggestions around your goals, challenges, and preferences. 

Some examples you can select from each of these categories include:

  • Goals: Improve my relationship with myself, lose weight, make more money, and improve my relationship with others.

Instead, you are given the ability to type out the specific details of your goals, challenges, and overall life, as well as set custom AI Reminders and manage specific ‘Memories’ for the AI to retain.

The platform and AI coaches will then use this context to tailor recommendations and conversations to your individual needs.

Once your Neuro-Fitness Assessment and Personalization Questionnaire are complete, the home section will act as your personalized daily dashboard and central hub.

It is designed to keep you accountable and make getting started on the platform easy.

At the top are the progress trackers, which log your completed lessons and programs, total “Innercise time,” and a daily streak counter.

Towards the middle of the section, you can find recommended programs and Innercises based on the personal details you provided earlier, along with your current in-progress programs. 

Finally, on the right-hand side of the page, you can access your latest AI coach conversation as well as other popular AI coaches, or on the bottom, listen to featured ‘Innerscapes’—ambient soundtracks with comforting backgrounds for relaxation or focus.

The next tab under Home is Programs, where you will find a wide range of different categories.

The main ones for your daily Innercises include Business, Career, Health, Mindset, Relationships, and Wealth, while Foundations, Experts, and Innerscapes serve more specialized purposes.

You don’t have to work on all of the main categories at once; instead, you can begin by focusing on the top one or two areas you wish to enhance the most, or simply let the platform and AI coaches guide your focus.

When browsing the main categories, you will find a variety of themed programs, such as “Mindset for Success” and “Winner’s Mindset” in Mindset, or “Career Advancement” in Career.

Each program contains a series of different Innercises focused on that topic.

It is easy to fit Innercise training into your daily schedule as the platform offers shorter 5-10 minute sessions for quick brain training called “bursts,” and longer 15-25 minute sessions for deeper brain training and conditioning known as “stacks.”

This allows you the flexibility to choose the length based on your schedule, whether you are short on time or able to do a longer session.

For optimal results, it is recommended to Innercise a total of 10-30 minutes a day.

This can be done as one daily session or split into multiple sessions, such as one in the morning and one at night.
