Although this is a bold claim, I have not seen any other app with such a specific and comprehensive focus on developing your mindset.

So, from my point of view, the statement is accurate.

While popular mental wellness apps such as Calm and Headspace provide tools for general mindfulness, meditation, and overall well-being, Innercise distinguishes itself by integrating a variety of science-backed techniques into a structured mental training system to rewire your brain for success.

The Founder and Research Behind Innercise

The credibility of the system starts with its founder, John Assaraf, one of the world’s leading success experts.

John is a mindset and high-performance expert, as well as a behavioral neuroscience researcher. 

His app, Innercise, was developed from insights gathered from over 10 years of neuroscience research, and has been validated by top brain training experts and psychologists from institutions like Harvard, Oxford, and Pepperdine.

The Neuroscience: How Innercise Works

The app uses audio tracks called “Innercises”—fully guided brain training sessions.

The main ones for your daily Innercises include Business, Career, Health, Mindset, Relationships, and Wealth, while Foundations, Experts, and Innerscapes serve more specialized purposes.

When browsing the main categories, you will find a variety of themed programs, such as “Mindset for Success” and “Winner’s Mindset” in Mindset, or “Career Advancement” in Career.

Each program contains a series of different Innercises focused on that topic.

You will also find many of John’s flagship programs from the past, which is a significant bonus as they comprehensively cover many foundational areas of life and often cost hundreds to thousands of dollars.

For example, his famous “Winning the Game of Procrastination,” “Winning the Game of Fear,” and “Exceptional Life Blueprint” programs can all be found in Mindset.

In Foundations, you can learn the basics of the app, along with general Innercises and breathwork exercises.

While these are primarily designed to introduce the core techniques used throughout the app, they can also function as effective daily tools.

The Experts and Innerscapes categories, however, are unique as they do not contain Innercises like the others.

Instead, in the Experts category, you will find programs by world-class neuroscience, psychology, and success experts, while Innerscapes offers ambient music for relaxation and focus.
