Meet Your Transformation Coach
What is a Transformation Coach?
Well first let me introduce myself.
Hey!
My name is Sean.
I am a fitness trainer, nutrition specialist, dedicated athlete, and affiliate marketer.
You could also call me a Transformation Coach, however, as I enjoy helping people transform their lives in many different ways.
This site is a way for me to do just that through sharing resources that can help people in multiple areas of life.
The Backstory of your Transformation Coach
I was diagnosed with a rare eye condition at the age of 11 and soon thereafter became legally blind.
While it changed my life forever, I never let it define who I was.
I had always been a good athlete growing up.
And while the loss of my vision did cause its fair share of challenges, I learned to adapt and my belief in my athletic ability did not falter.
I was never really into formal sports, but I loved engaging in them in my own way.
While I had some experience with playing soccer, basketball, and football when I was younger before I lost my vision, I always enjoyed sports and athletic activities more when I did them my way.
I loved sprinting, jumping, wrestling/fighting and playing backyard football with my friends both before and after I lost my vision.
Your Transformation Coach’s Vision
The name of my condition is called Stargardt’s disease, and results in the progressive loss of one’s central vision.
This is the vision you use to focus on things and allows you to see in detail.
In the place of my central vision is a large circular blur.
In order to see things I have to technically look under them where a small portion of my central vision is still intact.
Even then, with my 20/300 vision I cannot see anything in detail unless I am very close to it.
While doing things like sporting activities I had to learn to adapt and would move my vision around and use my peripheral in order to see the bigger picture.
While I can’t see in detail, I would quickly put shapes and outlines of people and my surroundings together to interrupt and process what was happening.
With other things such as my cell phone, computer, or books, I have different magnification devices or settings that help enable me to see and read.

Most of my other skills were self-taught through putting a lot of my own research into practice.
From learning the basics of mixed martial arts, submission wrestling, and standard amateur wrestling, to the true in-depth study of everything relating to nutrition, strength training/bodybuilding, and athletic development.
A few things I have accomplished regarding these avenues include holding ISSA Fitness Trainer and Nutrition Specialist certifications, having an unofficial world record lift of a 225lb weighted ring dip, and winning gold in Cornhusker State Games beach wrestling against a third-place finisher in Nebraska State Wrestling who was ranked number 1 for the majority of the season.

While fitness and athletics are my main forte, personal development is a general interest of mine.
I enjoy the process of learning, growing, and evolving in different areas.
I have spent time researching general personal development, human psychology, spirituality, business/entrepreneurship, macroeconomics, and new emerging technologies.
It is my honor to be your transformation coach/guide on your own unique personal journey to accomplishing your life goals.
